Centre for Eye Health ('CFEH' or 'the Centre') presents these terms and conditions in relation to its Partnership Programme which includes Learning for Vision online continuing education and Virtual Consultations with the expectation that observance of these terms and conditions will contribute to more effective learning experience and more effective client care and greater satisfaction for the client, member and the Centre. Moreover, CFEH will support members as an integral part of our client services.
All images on learningforvision.com.au and in the client reports are the copyright of CFEH.
Distribution or reproduction of part or all of these images in any form is prohibited, except for on-referral to another health-care practitioner and/or where prior approval has been given by the Centre.
CFEH must be acknowledged as the source of the images.
The material published on this website is subject to copyright under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth), and it is owned by the Centre for Eye Health (CFEH). The material includes information, data, documents, pages and images prepared by CFEH.
CFEH encourages the availability, dissemination and exchange of public information. You may copy, distribute, display, download and otherwise freely deal with the material for any purpose, on the condition that you include the copyright notice "© Centre for Eye Health" on all uses.

1.5 Information Provided By You
CFEH requests confidential or proprietary information not be sent to CFEH via the Learning for Vision Site. Any information or materials provided to CFEH will not be considered confidential or proprietary. By providing information or materials to CFEH via the site you grant CFEH an unrestricted, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, publicly perform, transmit and distribute any such information and materials, and you further agree CFEH may use any ideas, concepts or know-how provided to CFEH free of charge. You further warrant no defamatory, threatening, obscene, harassing, or otherwise unlawful, information or information incorporating proprietary material of another shall be sent to CFEH.
1.6 Limitations of Damages

This website (excluding any linked third party sites) is controlled by the Centre for Eye Health (CFEH) from its offices at Gate 14, Barker Street, The University of New South Wales, Kensington, NSW, 2052. By accessing this site, you accept that any disputes about this website or its contents are to be determined by the courts having jurisdiction in NSW in accordance with the laws in force in NSW (except any principle of conflict of laws inconsistent with this requirement). This website may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. CFEH makes no representation that the content of this website complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws in the place where you are located.
1.9 International Users and Choice of Law
This site is controlled, operated, and administered by CFEH from its offices within Australia. CFEH makes no representation the contents of this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of Australia unless expressly noted herein. Access to the contents or products in locations where they are illegal is prohibited. Uses in violation of Australian export laws and regulations are prohibited. If you access this site from a location outside of Australia you are responsible for compliance with all local laws. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between CFEH and you with respect to use of the site. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises. If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of the Agreement or portion thereof, to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced only to the maximum extent permissible provided it still affects the overall intent of the Agreement, and the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
